Gulf Consult were commissioned to design the new corporate headquarters for the Al Mulla Group, with whom the company has maintained a continuous professional association since 1991.
The new headquarters has been optimized to suit the Group's operational requirements. It has been constructed to very high standards of quality and performance and is an architectural landmark in the area.
The accommodation comprises two separate buildings 'A & B' adjacent to each other, each two and a half storeys high.
Building 'A' is the Executive Wing, comprising top management offices for Shareholders, Directors, Deputy General Managers, as well as the Administration and Planning Departments.
Building 'B' contains offices for the Al Mulla Group, Financial Accountants, Legal and IT Department.
In addition, the site has been extensively landscaped and ample parking provided on all sides of the building, with a total of 137 car spaces.
Interiors and FF&E has been designed to suit the client's corporate image and standards.
