This six storey building includes medical and health facilities, research laboratories, research library, fitness center, auditorium and administrative department.
Gulf Consult, in association with NBBJ of USA, has designed this building to have a strong visual form which takes its inspiration from the sea.
This building features a variety of fenestration types :
- Recessed windows on the south for shading and increased thermal resistance.
- A solid precast wall on the east and west side to break away from views of the adjacent properties.
- A curved curtain wall facade on the north facing the ocean will afford employees with panoramic views.
