Project Info
The project entails the demolition of the existing Messilah Beach Hotel and replacement with a deluxe, international standard hotel and resort complex, comprising:

A 300 room, 5 star deluxe hotel, including state of the art spa and fitness centre

A 2,000 capacity hall for weddings, concerts, exhibitions and conferences

12 separate multipurpose function rooms

Three international restaurants and an all night coffee shop

78 fully serviced apartments

17 self-contained chalets

Open air swimming pools, beach resort facilities and a substantial recreational beach
The whole resort is set in lush landscaped gardens, with various water fountains, and a botanical theme garden which contains flowing streams, water pools and water falls.
Architectural design work was led by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill of USA with support from Gulf Consult, and with Gulf Consult responsible for all engineering and site works/landscaping design. Marine works by Halcrow of UK.
Gulf Consult are currently supervising the construction, supported by Halcrow for Marine works.
