Safety Specialist
Must have an engineering degree, minimum 15 years’ experience, Kuwait Society of Engineers Membership, and be fluent in English.
The required qualifications are:
- Responsible for ensuring the safety and health of all personnel and the environment.
- Risk Assessment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety management plans.
- Ensure compliance with local standards.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training. Prepare and submit safety reports to management.
- Address not only the safety of personnel, but also environmental protection and occupational health aspects.
- Stay updated of the latest safety regulations, technologies, and best practices. Continuously seek ways to improve site safety.
