KNG Marina Wins Leisure Project of the Year at the 2025 MEED Projects Awards

We are pleased to announce that the Kuwait National Guard Marina has been nationally awarded Leisure Project of the Year at the 2025 MEED Projects Awards.

Designed as a state-of-the-art marine facility with capacity for 146 boats, the marina’s defining features take the shape of two elegant pavilions, or “sea jewels,” shaped by the elliptical geometry of the site. One pavilion houses an exclusive lounge, while the other is a versatile multi-purpose event space crowned by a distinctive watchtower.

Inspired by the movement of the sea, the marina’s design uses advanced tools to shape facades that reflect light like waves in motion. Bold cantilevered forms, precision engineering, and protective breakwaters come together to create an innovative landmark on Kuwait’s coast.
