Gulf Consult was invited to provide consultancy services for new showroom and service facilities for Ford, Lincoln and Cadillac vehicles. The Alghanim showroom encompasses three primary structures for Ford, Lincoln, and Cadillac vehicles. Located in Shuwaikh Industrial Area, the showroom resides prominently along the Old Airport Road (55). The second showroom is dedicated to Lincoln vehicles.

The space is designed to embody the sophisticated essence of Lincoln, with interiors characterized by the use of dark wood finishes and an emphasis on heritage. Featured in the Lincoln showroom are the car display and sales areas, kids play area, car service area, new car delivery area, car wash, customer lounges, including the VIP lounge that features TVs and massage chairs, and an accessories shop. Support provisions include a staff cafeteria, meeting room, and prayer rooms. The Lincoln and Ford showrooms are approximately 13,000 m2 in area, and the Cadillac showroom is approximately 3,300 m2. The combined basements and roof space level parking add up to approximately 29,000 m2. The complex comprises two basements, ground floor, mezzanine, rooftop parking and houses over 350 cars in total./div>
CallisonRTKL (USA) were the architects and designed the showroom up to Design Development stage. Gulf Consult were instrumental in facilitating the Design Development work carried out by CRTKL. Gulf Consult also undertook all Structural and MEP Design, including Cost Estimate, Quantity Surveying services and Construction Supervision.
