The redeveloped Egaila Beach Facility shall comprise:
- Water Play Zone, water slides and interactive water play
- Swimming pools, pool plant and pool support
- Beach cabanas and beach huts
- Internal walkways and footpaths
- Jogging Track
- Retail kiosks, food outlets and restrooms
- Restaurant and multi purpose hall
- Cart racing, Kids Adventure Zone and Sports Zone
- Open air grill, barbecue and Arguille Zone

- 450 car parking spaces
Gulf Consult would be responsible for TEC liaison and local support, project management, all architectural and engineering design, site investigations, traffic planning, roadworks and parking, civil works, landscaping, special systems, cost estimation, tender documents and statutory authorities. Cracknell will provide Master Planning and Concept Design alternatives. Whitewater West will provide Specialist Design input of all water related inputs, while Marco Caporilli Associates will advise on coastal and marine works to ensure design adequacy with regards to coastal and marine works considerations.
