The project comprised of 18 covered warehouses each of 10,000 m2 at Sulaibiya and 15 warehouses each of 5,000 m2 at Mina Abdulla.

Each site also contained over 300,000 m2 of Open Storage,Workshops, Administration and Canteen buildings, a 30m high Water Tower and full site infrastructure. The total internal Road Network was 27 km long.
The project had Hydraulic Dock Levelers to adjust the height of the docks to suit the height of the lorries. Some of the warehouses at Mina Abdulla were designed as air-conditioned warehouses.
