The site for the new facility is located in Shuwaikh Industrial Area, overlooking Jahra Expressway which is currently being upgraded into a two-level major highway.

The elevated road of the expressway will run along the front of the proposed development. The site has an area of 22,388m2, which will become 30,000m2 with the ground floor and mezzanine combined. When the plot is developed to its full potential, 3 basements will collectively add another 67,163m2.
The project’s aim is to create a contemporary landmark car showroom and specialized service centre for the region. Including the showroom, the facility will include a sales area for spare parts, car storage, delivery area and underground car parking.
Customers in need of car repairs can use the onsite quick and lube service garages and body/paint workshop. Ancillary areas include the staff facilities, prayer area and roof/Mezzanine level car parking.
