The scope of work included:
- Review of the infrastructure master planning for all utilities for the ultimate development of the Town (about 40 m2)
- Detailed design and tender documents of:a) The roads and utilities for an initial area of about 2 km2 – Sectors 2, 3 and 7 of Neighbourhood no 1
b) Connections from those sectors to the Nuwaiseab highway and electricity and water services
c) Provision of water storage and wastewater treatment and disposal facilities for those sectors - Preparation of house plot identification drawing for all proposed house plots.
