Gulf Consult were commissioned on a design/build basis to undertake the design of 11 separate buildings on a fast track basis. The control building and warehousing facilities are approximately 100,000 m2 in area, and form the Middle East’s largest warehousing complex.
Ancillary buildings include administration and maintenance buildings, safety shelters, laboratories, cafeteria, mosque and sheltered car parking facilities.
