The Police College is one of the most significant and essential educational institutions of the Government of Kuwait. It therefore appointed Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in joint venture with Gulf Consult to undertake the study, design and construction supervision of the new college campus.

When completed, the project will form a multi- building complex to be located on a 300,000 m2 site in the Mubarikiya area of Kuwait.

The new facility will provide state of the art administrative and educational buildings for theteaching of police law, science and training.

It will provide dormitory facilities for 1200 students and extensive indoor and outdoor sports facilities.

The buildings will be supplemented by state of the art support systems (such as firing ranges and combat village) that can adjust to the ever evolving technical requirements of police research, tactics and training.
